RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Items purchased online from the gift shop may be returned if they are in the same condition as when purchased. Exceptions include floral and soft goods. Soft goods include items, such as plush toys and blankets, which may not be returned once they have been delivered to a patient room because of infection control standards.
